13 Years with The Contributor

On August 3, I’ve been selling The Contributor for 13 years. I love it. On September 3, I’m having surgery on my leg and I don’t know when I’ll be back to sell the paper. It’s been a year since my accident and since the doctors messed up my first surgery. If it was not for my husband, I don’t know what I would do.

I’m sitting here wishing things could be better. My luck here lately has not been good with selling papers. I think my injury might have a lot to do with it. I’m not able to get out there like I used to. I’m so, so sad because I have bills to pay and if I have to have surgery again I don’t know what we’re gonna do.

I ended up at Skyline Medical Center. They said I had broken my leg and my knee.
